I've been in darkness for so long, 
 just waiting for the light,
And now that you have come my way, 
 my days don't seem like nights.

I'm glad I've finally overcome 
 my fear of the other side,
Thank you for showing me the way, 
 by taking me on this ride.

I've never really felt this way 
 about a guy before,
You've truly touched me deep inside, 
 you've opened and unlocked the door.

I know it's nothing serious, 
 but surely it's a start,
You've treated me so equally.
 I feel it in my heart.

And even if this does not work, 
 I'm glad I've had this chance, 
To see how great you truly are, 
 even for just a glance.

We never know what'll come of this, 
 it really just depends,
I'm glad we're taking the first step, 
 we're becoming better friends.

With you I never have to guess 
 just how you really feel, 
You talk to me about the facts 
 and tell me what's the deal.

With you I feel so comfortable,
 like nothing can go wrong, 
I get this tingly feeling inside, 
 you sing to me like a song.

I'm trying to like in the moment 
 by forgetting about the PAST. 
And so far it's working,
 and it's really been a blast!

So hopefully, from this day forth,
 you'll never let me go, 
And I'll always have you to hold...
 I LOVE YOU.

                                LOVE IS A RISK SOME CHOOSE TO TAKE, YOU WERE STRONG ENOUGH TO TAKE THAT RISK. YOU GAVE HIM YOUR HEART, ALL HE DID WAS BREAK IT. YOU GAVE HIM YOUR TIME, AND ALL HE DID WAS WASTE IT. YOU GAVE HIM YOUR FIRST SO WHEN WILL HE BURST AND QUIT LYING TO MOST. YOU DESERVE BETTER THAN THAT JERK, BUT YOU LOVE HIM AND I KNOW YOUR PAIN - I'VE ONCE BEEN THROUGH THIS GAME. SO DON'T FEEL ANY SHAME. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. I KNOW YOU FEAR AND CRIED THOSE TEARS. I WILL BE THERE FOR YOU UNTIL YOU DECIDE TO LET GO. I KNOW YOU THINK HE'LL NEVER GO. ALL YOU THINK OF IS THE PAST WHAT U HAD, WHAT HE LOST. HE TRIES TO BE STRONG SAYING NOTHING WRONG. DEEP DOWN INSIDE HE'S GOT THE PAIN. HE JUST WON'T TAKE THE BLAME. IT TAKES TIME BUT I KNOW YOU WILL FIND BETTER AND THAT LOVE WILL LAST FOREVER.
